of Small Coffee Producers of El Salvador. The Mayan symbol presented in this poster, that originally meant "scatter",
has been redesigned as a bird that reminds the consumer
of Salvadorean cultural roots and the aspirations of these strong-willed coffee producers who wish to take flight.
